The Sierra Towers entire top floor penthouse is now on the market and ready for perches. This is the first time in over 50 years that the 7,000 square foot penthouse that includes 4,000 square feet of terrace and balcony that surrounds the space is up for grabs.
The enormous penthouse was created when seller Evan Metropoulos whose brother Daren Metropoulos currently owns the Playboy Mansion, merged the building’s two top-floor units to create the stellar space.
For the time being the penthouse sits empty with plans for a major interior overhaul from designer Gavin Brodin, whom also just recently redesigned The Manor in the Holmby Hills.

The Sierra Towers who by the way is only one building has many amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, and valet parking for residents.
